Splash Family Aquatic Center – Party Rental Rules
Maximum Capacity:
The facility can accommodate up to 400 guests.
Host Responsibility:
As the party host, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests. If individuals who were not invited attempt to attend, please notify staff so they can be respectfully asked to leave.
Rule Enforcement:
Guests who fail to follow facility rules may be asked to leave at the discretion of staff.
Flotation Devices:
Only flotation devices approved by the U.S. Coast Guard are permitted in the pool.
Outside Food & Beverages:
You are welcome to bring your own food, but glass containers, alcohol, gum, and items containing seeds are strictly prohibited.
Early Entry & Decorating:
You may enter the facility 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to decorate. However, guests will not be permitted in the water until 6:30 PM.
Weather Policy:
We will make every effort to hold your party as scheduled. If lightning or thunder occurs, all guests will be required to exit the water for a minimum of 30 minutes. Refunds will not be issued if guests were able to swim at any point. The party host will be contacted ahead of time to discuss options in case of inclement weather. Supervision:
Lifeguards will be on duty and positioned to monitor the pool area, but parents and guardians are still expected to actively supervise their children.
Clean-Up:
At the end of your event, please ensure all trash is placed in the designated bins. Our staff will handle the remaining clean-up.
