Programs
You will be registering on a wait-list. Once your food truck/trailer has been approved, you will receive a secondary email to pay for your invoice. All vendors will be approved based on their previous history with the Sherman Parks and Recreation, and the food that is being sold.
Vendors will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Grayson County Health Department along with ensuring that their vending trailer/ truck meets all the guidelines set forth from the Sherman Fire Marshall. No refund will be issued to vendors that fail to obtain permits and or fail inspection at the event.
Vendors are expected to include their menu in the registration process. Vendors will not have exclusivity of food items, however if an item that was not listed on your registration is being sold, you may be asked to stop selling a specific item. Please ensure that you are filling out the menu completely.
